Gregory and Nivin PaulyNivin Pauly starrer Jacobinte Swargarajyam is based on a real-life incident that occurred in Vineeth's friend Gregory Jacob's family.

Even before the release of the movie, Vineeth had told in interviews that he will be dedicating the success of the film to Gregory and Nivin Pauly's character has been inspired by Gregory.
