Bow ties with tomatoes and feta

Bow tie pasta commonly known as the farfalle pasta or butterfly pasta for its beautiful shape with ruffles can be served with delicious sauces which are loaded with flavours. Here is a simple bow tie pasta recipe which is perfect for a romantic date night. This pasta is all about fresh ingredients like green grapes that adds just the right amount of sweetness to the simple dinner.

Ingredients
150 gm farfalle pasta
1 tbsp white onion (chopped)
1 tsp dijon mustard
Black pepper powder as required
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 cups cherry tomatoes (diced)
100 gm green grapes
300 gm feta cheese
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar reduction
Garlic as needed
Salt as required
Olive oil as required

Preparation
Boil water in a vessel
Add salt, olive oil and farfella pasta
Cook for about 8 minutes
Drain the pasta and add some olive oil
Mix well and keep it aside
In a pan, add chopped white onion, garlic, dijon mustard, salt and pepper as required, balsamic vinegar and olive oil
Mix well
Into the cooked pasta, add diced cherry tomatoes, green grapes and the previously prepared mixture
Mix well
Add cubed feta cheese
Garnish with balsamic vinegar reduction
