Thiruvananthapuram: Who said the Left is anti-technology? Finance minister T.M. Thomas Isaac has silenced LDF’s critics once and for all by announcing free internet connection to 20 lakh economically backward families.

He said Rs 1,000 crore will be allocated for K Phone Internet network.

An amount of Rs 500 crore has been allocated to several schemes in IT sector.
