Joseph had always cherished a dream home constructed in the traditional Kerala style bedecked with a verandah, nadumuttom (central courtyard) and a prayer hall. At the same time, he also wanted the interiors to have the most modern looks - a blend of traditional exteriors and state-of-the-art interiors. Finally, his dream came true; and here is the making story.

The concrete pillar in the verandah was textured with granite. Tiles with natural stone finish, which appear look like marble, are used for the flooring in all rooms.
A waterfall is set in the courtyard close to the living room, which preserves the cool air inside the home. The strikingly beautiful prayer hall is itself a work of art created in mahogany wood.

There is a precise separation between the rooms for guests and the area set apart for the residents. The kitchen and dining room are constructed on one portion of the ground floor, while the bedrooms are set in the other.
There are three bedrooms on the ground floor and one on the first floor. Every bedroom has an attached bathroom, and each of the bedrooms on the ground floor has a dressing area as well.

The kitchen looks really bright. Ample flow of light and proper ventilation inside the house was one of the major priorities of the family.
A home theater is set in the family living room and the bedroom on the first floor. The home theater as made in a cost effective manner, without compromising on quality.

Cement brick was used for walls, river sand for plastering and clay tile for roofing.
