Kozhikode: Renowned Malayalam author, screenwriter, and lyricist MT Vasudevan Nair remains in critical condition, according to an updated medical bulletin released by hospital authorities on Sunday evening. The bulletin noted no change or deterioration in his condition since the morning. The 91-year-old writer has been receiving treatment at Baby Memorial Hospital in Kozhikode.
A team of expert doctors have kept him under observation at the Intensive Care Unit. The writer, who was admitted to the hospital following breathing difficulties, suffered heart-related complications.
