Father Joseph Srambikkal (L) and Monsignor Stephen Kochi: The Syro-Malabar church has appointed Father Joseph Srambikkal as its first bishop in its newest diocese, Britain.
Father Srambikkal is a native of Urullikkunam and a member of Pala diocese.
The church also appointed Monsignor Stephen of the Iringalakkuda diocese as the Apostolic Visitator for European nations.
