Key decisions:

» Restrictions were also put on DJ parties
» Ensure adequate light for all events
» Both children and adults should be able to take part in the parties.
» Celebrations should be held at the exact place for which the clearance has been given
» People won't be allowed to celebrate on roads and create trouble to others
» Do not let anyone use banned substances
» No liquor after 10.00pm
