New Delhi: Refuting media reports that underworld don Dawood Ibrahim has been diagnosed with gangrene, his right hand Chhota Shakeel has said that his boss is 'perfectly fine'.
Shakeel claimed that the rumours were spread in order to tarnish the image of D-company.

It was reported that doctors were spotted at Karachi's Cliffton area, where Dawood is allegedly residing, and that they were thinking of amputating the gangster's legs as the gangrene and poison were spreading quickly.
The doctors attending to him were reportedly from Liaquat National Hospital and Combined Military Hospital. Loss of blood supply to the legs due to high blood pressure and blood sugar is said to have caused this disease.
