Thiruvananthapuram: Applications have been invited for the Micro Skills Program, jointly organized by NORKA Roots and ICT Academy of Kerala. Admissions are open to Social Media Marketing and SEO; Java Programming and Business Intelligence using Excel and Tableau courses, which are of one-month duration.
As the courses are conducted online, students can attend classes from anywhere. Candidates who perform well in the entrance test will be awarded 75% scholarship by NORKA.
Graduates or three-year diploma holders in Engineering Science and pre-final year students can apply for the Java course. Any degree holders or pre-final year students can apply for Business Intelligence and Social Media Marketing courses.
Applicants should possess basic computer skills. The courses with one-month duration (60 hrs) will have 24 hrs of live sessions with industry experts apart from self-learning.
During the course duration, students can avail LinkedIn learning system free of cost. Through this, students will be able to learn around 16,000 job oriented courses and develop their skills accordingly.
