MM UPS, Makkoottam won the K Sabarish Memorial School Wiki Awards (1.5 lakh cash prize) for the best data update on the School Wiki portal instituted by the Kerala Infrastructure and Technology for Education (KITE).
Malappuram GLPS, Olakkara, bagged the 2nd prize (1 lakh) while Thiruvananthapuram GHS, Karippoor, won the 3rd prize (75,000). The district-level winners will get prize money of 25,000, 15,000, and 10,000 respectively.
General Education Minister V. Sivankutty will present the awards to the winners at Thiruvananthapuram on July 1.
