Manikandan with Mammootty on the sets of 'The great father' (L) and a still from 'Kammatipaadam'Manikandan Achari, who shot to fame with his role in Dulquer Salmaan starrer Kammatipaadam, is now in the limelight with some handful of projects.
Manikandan would be seen essaying an important role in Aneesh Anwar's upcoming film Basheerinte Premalekhaam, which has Farhaan Faasil and Sana Althaf in the lead roles.
Apart from that, he recently joined the sets of Mammootty's upcoming film The Great Father. A photo of Manikandan with Mammootty, taken from the sets of the film is doing rounds on Facebook. No details about Manikandan Achari's character has been revealed as till now but he is said to be playing a crucial role in the film.
The Great Father is the debut directorial venture of Haneef Adeni. Prithviraj, Shaji Nadesan, Arya and Santhosh Sivan are producing the movie under the banner of August Cinema.
