Ahead of 'Virus' release, Parvathy remembers nurse Lini

Actor Parvathy Thiruvothu said that nurse Lini had taught the invaluable lesson of humanity through her life.

The actress was speaking at a memorial meeting held on the first death anniversary of nurse Lini, conducted by the Kerala government nurses association.

Parvathy admitted that she was scared during the time when Nipah had spread. She had even decided to take her parents along with her to the shooting location. It was on the same morning that she had learned that Lini had passed away.

And now, Parvathy is gearing up for her next movie 'Virus' based on the epidemic Nipah. The movie will see actress Rima Kallingal playing the role of Lini.

Parvathy also made sure to leave the venue after embracing Lini’s kids Rithul and Sidharth.

The meeting was inaugurated by PK Sreemathy MP. Lini’s husband Sajeesh Puthur and nursing student Ajanya, who had survived Nipah also spoke at the event.
