After her debut movie Action Hero Biju, opposite Nivin Pauly, actress Anu Emmanuel was set for her second Malayalam venture with Dulquer Salmaan in Amal Neerad movie.
But now, it seems, Anu will not be part of the project and has been replaced by another debutant actress Karthika. However, the exact reason for the change of female lead is still not known.
The movie, which is said to be a breezy romantic comedy, started rolling on April 6th, in Erattupetta, Kottayam and the shooting stills of Dulquer and Anu had even gone viral.
The untitled project is produced by Amal Neerad himself, along with his best buddy, director-produced Anwar Rasheed. The movie is scripted by Shibin Francis.
The team is planning to shoot the second schedule of the untitled flick, in America.
