Om Puri on the sets of the movie with Kannan Thamarakkulam (R)Director Kannan Thamarakkulam, the maker of Aadupuliyattam, says he deems himself 'blessed' to have worked with veteran actor Om Puri.
It was after a gap of nearly three decades that Om Puri made a comeback to Malayalam films with the horror thriller.
“Even when my team and I wished him to join us, we never imagined that he will agree to join us. When we approached him, he listened to the script and gave the nod," Kannan said.
"Om Puri was the most energetic person I met on the sets of the movie. Throught the schedule, he enjoyed whatever he did. Before leaving the film's unit, he promised that he will work again in Malayalam," the film-maker said.
