According to reports, the film tentatively titled Marma Manithan will see Vikram playing dual roles- as the hero and the villain. Sources suggest that as the baddie, Vikram will be seen as a transgender.
Earlier, Vikram has been seen as a woman in the movie Kanthaswamy.
Nayanthara plays the lead opposite him in this movie.
