It was just a few weeks back that South Indian star Amala Paul filed for divorce from director A.L. Vijay.
Now, yet another interesting buzz is doing rounds in tinsel town. Amala Paul is facing an 'unofficial ban' after she decided to go for a divorce.
Reportedly, a few Tamil producers who were considering the actress for their projects, have decided not to cast her. Sources suggest that Vijay's father Alagappan's close association with the said producers is the reason behind the ban. As the producers are in support of Vijay's family and want to save their friendship with Alagappan, they fear that casting Amala Paul in their films is not a good idea.
Meanwhile, Amala Paul is gearing up for Dhanush's Vada Chennai, after signing a three-year-long call sheet for the movie.
