Ernakulam native Bibin and his wife Aneesha had dreamed of a house which lets in the goodness of nature abundantly. Designer Shinto has designed their dream abode keeping this in mind. The 3200 sqft house stands elegantly in a 15 cents plot.

The exterior is primarily in white hue, and the stone and brick cladding adds the perfect contrast. The roof done in different levels is a striking feature of the exterior. The car porch is in double height, and the LED strip light and glass paneling enhances the elegance of the house.

The house has formal and family living spaces, dining area, 4 bedrooms, kitchen, balcony and a terrace garden.

The main entrance leads to the foyer space, and a wall adjacent to this area is adorned with exclusive curios. Custom made sofa, in a unique powder - blue color, is the main attraction in the formal living space. The family living, done in double height, makes the space look spacious.

A prayer area is set on the one side of the family living area. An indoor courtyard and the pergola roofing above it bring lots of natural light into the interiors. The tastefully done dining area is one of the most attractive features of this house. The huge glass door near the dining table opens to the beautifully landscaped space outside. A wooden bench is placed on one side of the dining table. Wash area and crockery unit complete the dining space.

The kitchen is in the golden grey color theme. The cupboards are done in multi wood laminate finish and Korean stone is paved on the cooking top.

There are four bedrooms in this house. The inbuilt wardrobes are built in plywood veneer finish. The wall behind the head board in the master bedroom is highlighted using plywood and cement board finish paneling.

A show wall built in ‘L’ shape in the first floor holds a vertical garden. The elegantly done landscaping perfectly matches the elevation of the house. Natural stones are paved on the courtyard and green grass is grown in the gaps between these stones. A pillar using GI frames adds an elegant twist on the gate, and a spot light highlights it. The design similar to that of the exterior is continued on the boundary wall as well. This house reflects the perfect symphony of fresh air, natural light and greenery.
