Vivek Oberoi. File photoSabarimala: Bollywood actor Vivek Oberoi offered prayers at the Lord Ayyappa Temple on Saturday early morning. The actor, who has been visiting the temple every year for the past 16 years, was clad in the traditional black clothes.
The actor visited the temple on the Makaravilakku day, which is considered one of the most auspicious day of the pilgrimage season.
Earlier, in an interview, Oberoi had revealed what prompted him to visit the temple every year. He said that in 1998, he had a fierce vision of himself dressed in black, climbing a mountain all by himself.
Being a spiritual person, Oberoi searched for a resembling place until he found Sabarimala.
