Bengaluru: It never ends. A woman walking to work early Friday was attacked by an unknown person in the city's KG Halli region. She suffered injuries to the face and hands.
The girl, a resident of HBR layout, was walking toward a bus stop when the attacker pinned her to the ground and harassed her; he also bit her on the face. The woman, in her early 20s, was clad in a burqa.

The KG Halli police have collected the CCTV footage from a nearby tea shop that captured the incident.
This is the third incident of violence against women reported from Bengaluru. On New Year's Eve, several women were allegedly molested at a large gathering, despite a huge police presence.

The second incident came to light when an alert neighbor posted a CCTV image of men attacking a lone woman in a deserted street in the early hours of New Year’s Day. Police have arrested four people in the case.
