New Delhi: Delhi Chief Minister on Friday reiterated that the Commission of Inquiry formed by the AAP government to probe into alleged irregularities in the Delhi and District Cricket Association (DDCA) will "continue" working.

Kejriwal's assertion came on a day the Delhi High Court listed a PIL, which challenged the government's decision to set up the Commission of Inquiry, for further hearing on January 27. "DDCA enquiry Commission will continue to function," the Delhi Chief Minister tweeted.

Former Solicitor General Gopal Subramanium is the head of the Commission of Inquiry, which was formed by the AAP government last month. The Centre had on January 8 declared it as "unconstitutional and illegal".

Unfazed by the Centre's stand, the Chief Minister had earlier claimed that the panel was appointed in accordance with law and the Constitution.

He had also asked the Lt Governor, Ministry of Home Affairs and the Prime Minister's Office to move court in case they were "aggrieved".
