Hyderabad: Telugu television anchor K Nirosha was found dead in her PG hostel in Secunderabad on Wednesday.
Nirosha, 23, who works with a popular music TV channel, committed suicide by hanging herself.
According to the police, Nirosha had made a phone call, minutes before she killed herself. Sources suggest that a love affair could have led Nirosha into taking the extreme step.
Nirosha had briefly worked as reporter with another channel before she took over the role of anchoring the music channel.
The police have registered a case under Section 174 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
