The Kerala Public Service Commission (PSC) has issued a set of guidelines for the PSC exams in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The exams will be conducted in two phases. First, a common preliminary exam will be conducted. Those who clear this elimination test will be allowed to write the second round of the main examination.
The PSC will take a final call during a meet on Tuesday. The date of the next test is also likely to be announced soon.
Out of the 3.77 lakh who appeared for Stream 1 of the KAS examination, 3,000 to 4,000 candidates will be shortlisted to the next round.
48 exams will be held in September. The rest of the exams will be in the following months.
