The forest department has slapped a fine of Rs 13,500 from a group of tourists from Bengaluru in the Muthumala Tiger reserve. The group had parked their car near the forest in a place they were not supposed to stop.

There are some strict rules that you have to follow when you are traveling through a forest area or a national park.
