Thiruvananthapuram: Higher education institutes including professional colleges in the state can now organise annual tours and study trips as the government has lifted all the restrictions.
However, the authorities of the respective institutes should ensure that the trips are organised by strictly following the COVID-19 guidelines including mask wearing and sanitizing.
