JEE-Main, 2022, Session-1 from Thursday

New Delhi: The first session of the Joint Entrance Exam-Main or JEE-Main for admission to engineering courses in leading institutes across the country would begin on 23 June.

The computer-based tests have been scheduled until 29 June.

The applicants may download the admit cards from the website of National Testing Agency. (https://nta.ac.in/)

Meanwhile, the second session of tests would be held from 21 to 30 July.

The National Testing Agency has been conducting the JEE-Main two times across various exam centres in a year. The first is called the Session-1 and the second, the Session-2. This practice commenced in 2020, though there were four sessions in 2021 in response to pandemic disruptions.

The national-level entrance exam is held for admission to BTech, BE, BArch and B.Plan courses offered at premier technical institutes like the National

Institute of Technology (NITs), Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs), Indian Institutes of Information Technology (IIITs), other centrally funded technical institutes, a few deemed universities and engineering colleges in many states.
