The Centre for Brain Research (CBR), an autonomous institution of the Indian Institute of Science, has invited applications from eligible Indian nationals for admission to its full-time PhD programme beginning on August 1, 2023.
Interested candidates can apply online by May 15, 2023. The PhD degree will be awarded by the Manipal Academy of Higher Education, Karnataka.
The applicants should have a Master’s degree in any branch of science or a four-year bachelor’s degree in any branch of Medicine/Engineering/Technology/Pharmacy/Veterinary Science.
Candidates in the final year of their respective courses are also eligible to apply, provided they successfully complete the course before July 31, 2023.
Preference would be given to those who have qualified national-level fellowship tests, such as CSIR-UGC-NET-JRF/UGC-NET-JRF/ICMR-JRF/DBT-JRF/INSPIRE.
