We've seen one too many 'postmen' in Malayalam cinema, but not as many 'postwomen'. Manju Warrier is here to do away with the dearth of 'postwomen' by donning the role in her upcoming movie, directed by newbie Antony Sony. It's a first of its kind for the actor.
Antony Sony has assisted Rosshan Andrrews, whose film How old are you was Manju Warrier's comeback vehicle to films after a 14-year hiatus.
Meanwhile, Manju Warrier's first release in 2016 will be the Rajesh Pilla film Vettah, where she will be paired with Kunchakko Boban. She would be seen essaying the role of a police officer in the film.
A yet another interesting venture is helmed by Fireman fame Deepu Karunakaran. The film, titled Karinkkunnam 6 feet, where Manju would be seen playing the role of a basketball coach to jailbirds.
