We salute the young lady: Manju Warrier leads Mollywood's cry for justice

Mollywood actors have expressed solidarity towards the young actress, who was waylaid and harassed in Kochi, with Manju Warrier urging Keralites to stand with the victim during these troubled times.

In a Facebook post, Manju said that she along with other film fraternity members visited the the young actress.

"She is standing strong despite going through such an ordeal. I salute the young lady," she added. Manju also lamented the declining moral values in our society in the strongly-worded Facebook post.

"She was attacked in a moving vehicle in a crowded city. This should not be seen as an attack on a celebrity, but on womenfolk," she said, even while urging the people to put an end to this attacks.
