The release of the much-awaited Mohanlal starrer Pulimurugan has been confirmed.
Director Vysakh himself has confirmed that Pulimurugan will hit theatres on October 7.
''The post-production work is going on and we had decided that we will not hurry up for a release. Rather, we want to do each work in complete perfection. And so we have confirmed the date as October 7'', said director Vysakh.
Vysakh also denied rumours that the release of Pulimurugan was postponed owing to Mohanlal's other projects. This is Mohanlal's first movie this year.
The shooting of Pulimurugan, which is the most expensive movie ever made in Malayalam industry, was completed in a year. The movie is produced by Tomichan Mulakupadam for Mulakupadam Films.
