After the success of Remo, Tamil actor Sivakarthikeyan has now moved onto his next and this will be the costliest project in his career.
The untitled film, directed by Mohan Raja, is already making headlines for pulling a casting coup of sorts – Nayanthara will be the movie's heroine and Fahadh Faasil is playing the baddie opposite Sivakarthikeyan.
We all know how Mohan Raja's last film Thani Oruvan propelled its villain Arvind Swamy's popularity. That is enough and more reason to look forward to this project.
The shooting of the movie, produced by R.D. Raja under his banner 24AM Studios, began Friday. This is R.D. Raja's second film as producer after Remo.
The production house has also announced the release date of the film - 25 August 2017; it will be a Vinayaka Chathurthi release.
The movie will also see music composer Anirudh teaming up with Sivakarthikeyan again. Anirudh's music played a big role in the success of Remo.
So, a year later, we will have this movie on screen.
