Ingredients
200g cleaned and chopped prawns (about 7 prawns)
1 tsp light soy sauce
2 tbsp chopped spring onions
1 tsp minced ginger
1 tsp minced garlic
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper powder
1 egg white
3 slices of white bread (cut into squares)
6 tbsp white sesame seeds
1 to 1.5 cups vegetable oil (for frying)
Fresh coriander leaves (for garnish)
Sweet chilli sauce (for dipping)

Preparation
Finely chop 200g prawns or blend them to a smooth consistency
In a bowl, combine prawns with 1 tsp light soy sauce, 2 tbsp chopped spring onions, 1 tsp minced ginger, 1 tsp minced garlic, ¼ tsp salt, and ¼ tsp black pepper powder
Add 1 egg white and mix thoroughly to form a paste
Cut 3 slices of white bread into squares (12 pieces total)
Spread a generous amount of prawn paste on one side of each bread square
Dip the paste side of the bread into sesame seeds, coating it evenly
Heat 1 to 1.5 cups vegetable oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat
Once the oil is hot, carefully fry the bread slices until golden and crispy on both sides
Remove from oil and drain on paper towels
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve with sweet chili sauce for dipping.
