Banana-dates smoothie


Bananas are one all-season fruit that never go out of demand. This smoothie uses fleshy fruit with dates to give a refershing summer drink that is a meal in itself. Substitute this for an early dinner and feel lighter the next morning.

5 small bananas
8 dates 
1/2 cup milk
1 tbs sugar (if required)
5 cashews (if required)

Blend the dates in little milk
Add the bananas, cashews, sugar and the rest of the milk and blend well.
