Representative imageNew Delhi: A special cell of the Delhi police on Saturday arrested 10 people, including two Keralites for sending fake Enforcement Directorate summons to businessmen and then trying to rob them of their money.
The two Keralites arrested have been identified as Alex Joseph and Rajesh Nair.
Alex was previously arrested in a case related to import of luxury cars without paying taxes.
