The multi-storey residential building in Al Nahda area of Sharjah that caught fire.Sharjah: A major fire broke out in a multi-storey residential building in Al Nahda area of Sharjah on Thursday.
About eight flats, including that of Keralites, were gutted in the fire. However, no fatalities were reported. The blaze was first noticed around 12.00 noon in the B block of Al Bhadri twin towers.
Fire and rescue personnel immediately rushed to the spot and evacuated the people. The fire was doused within two hours.
