The US is bracing for Iran to make good on its vow to respond to the killing of Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh two days ago in Tehran.
Israel has been threatened by multiple countries and groups over the killings of three high-profile figures of Hezbollah and Hamas.
The Islamist faction mourned the death of Haniyeh, who it said was killed in “a treacherous Zionist raid on his residence in Tehran.”
