Yousuf, a Chadayamangalam native, molested the girl during the sub district school arts festival, according to the complaint.
The police have arrested a higher secondary computer science teacher at an aided school here on charges of improper conduct towards students of various batches since 2018
After the guest teacher was nabbed for molesting the girl student, the principal and the two regular teachers tried to compel the victim and her mother to withdraw the complaint.
The girls belong to Kadakkal and Chadayamangalam regions of Kollam district.
The actors had given statements that they could identify the molesters.
The reported incident took place during the school's Onam celebrations on September 2.
The panel announced Minichiello had made inappropriate sexual references and gestures to athletes.
Reportedly, the accused befriended the woman on social media under the pretence of giving her tips on how to gain a following on her own social media account.
The incident reportedly occurred on Saturday night. A POCSO case has been registered.
