Tharoor inaugurated the public meet as part of the 146th birth anniversary of Mannathu Padmanabhan, the founder of the Nair Service Society (NSS) of Kerala at Changanassery.
The bench of Justices Abdul Naseer, AS Boppana and V Ramasubramaniam said that the suit that was filed seven years ago had lost its relevance.
The government submitted before the high court that allotment would not be made to the 10 per cent community quota in NSS-run higher secondary schools from open merit.
He was at the helm of the NSS for four consecutive terms, from 2012 to 2022.
The census and comprehensive survey were recommended in 2019 by the Commission for Forward Communities headed by Justice A V Ramakrishna Pillai.
Anti-tobacco drive is one among the several initiatives undertaken by NSS volunteers.
Farming was started in the college to introduce youth to it. Students enthusiastically took part in the farming activities.
The camp was inaugurated by Dr Sabu Thomas (Vice Chancellor, MGU), in a function presided over by the MLA for Peerumade E S Bijimol.
