CUCET to be held in 13 regional languages

New Delhi: The University Grants Commission has announced that the Central Universities Common Entrance Test (CUCET) conducted by the National Testing Agency for admission to UG and PG courses in the central universities would be held in 13 regional languages.

The authorities said that the UGC appointed expert committee and the Vice Chancellors have suggested following this method from 2022 – 23 academic year onwards.

The committee has also suggested considering the NET score for admission to various PhD programs in central universities.

The authorities say that interested state and private universities too can admit students as per the results of CUCET.
