With just a day left for the Jayam Ravi-starrer Miruthan to introduce them zombies to Tamil cinema, the creative minds at 'Put Chutney' have taken it upon themselves to give a preface of sorts about the movie with a quirky video.
A police station, a constable and an Inspector—the venue is set. In walks a zombie that is shot in its head by Miruthan (Jayam Ravi). An interesting conversation between the khaki-clad men and Miruthan establishes the idea of zombies in the minds of the viewers.
And since it's 'Put Chutney' at the helm of things, they rake up quite a few reel-time and real-time tidbits from Jayam Ravi's life as well.
Miruthan, touted to be a horror-comedy with zombies lurking in the backdrop ready top pounce on people, is directed by Shakti Sounder Rajan, who has previously come out with Naanayam and Naaigal Jaakirathai. The film has Jayam Ravi and Lakshmi Menon in the lead.
