Suriya's sci-fi thriller 24 has been receiving positive reviews ever since it hit the screens on Friday.
While many applauded director Vikram Kumar's conceptualisation of a time travel story, a few critics raised a concern about the long duration of the movie.
The film with a running time of almost two hours and 45 minutes made people feel that it could have been trimmed a little and now keeping in view of the same the makers have trimmed the movie by ten minutes.

Sources suggest that from matinee shows on Saturday, the newly trimmed version in both Telugu and Tamil will be played in all theatres.
