While the lyrics are penned by Karky, the one-minute-12-second song promo introduces Karthi as a defense personal who is in love with the character of Aditi Rao Hydari. The joyous song has already hit the chartbeats, raising the audience expectations for the movie.
Meanwhile, a single song from the film’s music album will be released on February 2.
Kaatru Veliyidai also has Shraddha Srinath, Rukmini Vijayakumar, R.J. Balaji, Delhi Ganesh and veteran Malayalam actress KPAC Lalitha in pivotal roles.
The film title Kaatru Veliyidai, which means breezy expanse, is taken from a poem of legendary Tamil poet Bharathiyar.
