Cucumber and walnut salad

Ingredients
2 medium sized cucumbers
1/4 cup chopped walnuts

Dressing 

1 cup curd
1 onion minced
1/4 tsp crushed pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp chopped mint leaves

Preparation
Peel the cucumber. Run a fork over it to make ridges. Cut into half lengthwise 
Scoop out the seeds with a spoon
Cut each of the halves into slices
Place the sliced cucumber in a bowl with the chopped walnuts in the fridge for about an hour
Beat the curd well. Make the dressing by mixing together the minced onion, crushed pepper, salt and chopped mint leaves
Pour the dressing over the chilled cucumber. Toss well
Garnish with chopped dill and serve
