Kozhikode: Students who are looking for higher study options in prestigious institutions in South India after completing their Plus Two or degree courses can now explore courses of their interest via a mobile application named CampusHunt.

The mobile application, which can be downloaded online, allows students to search details of courses offered by around 500 educational institutions in as many as 100 cities across South India. Admission procedures, fee structure and eligibility requirements can also be accessed at a click of button.

Apart from these facilities, links and information regarding 168 engineering entrance exams, 34 medical entrance exams, details of entrance tests compulsory to become eligible for admission to law, designing and arts and science courses are also available. The portal also provides all the details relating to scholarship programmes offered to students by various organisations and private firms. Information regarding the affiliated university and accreditations earned by a particular institution are also available in the app, said A. Raheesh, CEO, Scandium Technologies.

Students can also clear their doubts over selection of a course of their choice via an option named ‘Get in Touch’. The app is available on iOS, Android and BlackBerry platforms.
