A total of 13,430 candidates appeared in the Final examination held in May
Around 100 students who faced mass failure had registered with the School of Distance Education and appeared at two centres for the exam – NSS College, Pandalam, and NSS College, Perayam in Kollam
The original certificate is mandatory to apply for visa and other procedures related to admissions for medical, engineering and other courses in foreign universities
The first phase of the examination, which will have computer-based multiple-choice questions and is conducted by AIIMS New Delhi, is scheduled to be held in May and November 2024
The decision was taken after discussions at a meeting of a teachers’ organisation last month
The revaluation fee for each paper is Rs 500. The scrutiny fee is Rs 100
Prabhanjan J from Tamil Nadu and Bora Varun Chakravarthi of Andhra Pradesh are all India toppers in NEET 2023. They have scored 720/720 marks .
The deadline to apply is 5 pm on June 16 and the application fee could be submitted till 11:50 pm on the same day
