Thiruvananthapuram: The Kerala State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) will commence digital payment facility to buy tickets on Wednesday, December 28. Passengers can make payments through the PhonePe QR code. The facility will be initially implemented in super-class buses.

Transport Minister Antony Raju will inaugurate the digital payment facility by taking the first ticket through the system at 10:30am at his chamber at the Kerala Government Secretariat.

This facility will be made available in all buses in the future.

PhonePe is a leading Indian digital wallet and online payment app.
