Oral checkup
1) Those who smoke and drink should do oral checkups and gum tests every six months.
2) Adults should do dental checkups once a year and fix dental problems.

Eye test
1) Eye tests should be done at 40 – 45 years to detect diseases like cataracts.
2) Diabetic patients should test their eyes once in six months. Those who take steroids for arthritis, too, should undergo yearly eye tests.
3) Computer professionals could avoid dry eye and shortsight with yearly eye checkups.
Liver tests
1) Those who consume alcohol should do liver tests at least once a year.
