Since morning, many people have been trying to contact customer services, but the calls were not going through. While the problem started in the wee hours on Saturday, people started calling Customers Care after services were not restored for hours. The services were restored by evening.

“This morning, as a result of a power outage, people in Kerala experienced connectivity problems on the Idea network. However, the problem was resolved and the network restored," an Idea spokesperson said in release.
