A gas cylinder explosion in Ajman tragically killed 50-year-old Basheer, a Kasaragod native. He died while trying to escape a kitchen fire, just as his son secured employment with his company.
The incident occurred late Sunday night while the devotees were sleeping in a temple room.
The deceased has been identified as Rasheed.
The explosion at Rameshwaram Cafe at Kundanahalli led to a blaze.
The accident took place at an apartment at Karama in Dubai.
Though the initial information was that the woman died in an LPG cylinder blast in her kitchen, in the later investigation it was found to be a murder.
The injured were transferred to the hospital to receive necessary health care.
