Upon the intervention of the Delhi Commission for Women Chairperson Swati Maliwal, Health Department Delhi Government has sent a circular to all Government Hospitals in Delhi to provide free Sex Reassignment Surgeries if they have a 'Burn and Plastic Ward' and a plastic surgeon, DCW said on Saturday.
The Director of Medical Education has informed the managing director of the corporation that the amount would not be sufficient.
As per the revised schedule, registration for the second round can be done till 10am on November 13 and the fee payment can be made up to 12 noon on November 13.
The candidates need to register online on the website www.aaccc.gov.in to submit their choices.
The Commissioner for Entrance Examinations informed that the candidates should mandatorily avail of the ‘online option confirmation’ by clicking the ‘confirm’ button available on the home page of the Candidate Portal for consideration of their existing higher options during the second phase allotment.
After completing the MBBS course and the internship in China, the fresh graduates should pass the Chinese medical qualification examination for the Physician Qualification Certificate.
. As per a Supreme Court court, the second round of counselling will be held from November 2 to 10. The students could join the respective colleges until November 18.
The court said it was unfortunate that the practice is still prevalent in society, and asked the Centre and the states to ensure it is not conducted.
The allotment memo that includes the student’s name, roll number, name of the allotted course/college, category and the fees that need to be paid and other details of the students are available in the home page of the website www.cee.kerala.gov.in.
The last date for PG admission has been extended to 25 November, while the last date for MBBS admission has been moved to 20 December.
