Fearing arrest, the actor has decided to approach the Supreme Court.
Adah Shah, who played the lead in Sudipto's 'The Kerala Story' is expected to play a main character in the sequel, though the makers are yet to reveal more details regarding the film.
The case, registered with the Maradu Police in Kochi, involves the complainant's allegations that Mukesh intruded into her hotel room and misbehaved with her.
Though the commission sent a letter to the Kerala government on August 31 requesting the full Hema Committee report, the latter did not respond.
The actor, accused in two sexual assault cases, had been in the US for the past month.
The complainant has responded, claiming that the accusations against her are part of a political plot to prevent more people from coming forward to testify.
The rule will come into effect on October 1.
The first phase of witness examination is expected to conclude by Sep 30, with cases likely to be filed ahead of the next HC hearing on Oct 3.
The collective emphasised that the already released information was enough for the public to identify those who provided statements before the committee.
The investigation team has also outlined a plan for further procedures.
